Scott D. Fisher, is a Professional Law Corporation that has represented

for over 25 years. Attorney Scott Fisher has dedicated his career to helping
individuals create meaningful estate plans and navigate their legal matters.
He handles everything from same-sex marriage cases to complex probate
matters and offers proactive solutions that are rooted in integrity, efficiency

by using a hands-on approach for every case.
Excellent Qualifications & Education
Mr. Fisher graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business
Administration before receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from Arizona
State University in 1987. He gained substantial knowledge at medium-sized
law firms before deciding to operate his own law firm. In 1995, he opened
his established office in Los Angeles and six years later, opened a regional
office in Palm Springs. Mr. Fisher was able to provide much needed legal
services to the LGBT community throughout Southern California and has
represented individuals from all walks of life. He is admitted to both
the State Bar of California and the U.S. Tax Court.

that serves low-income and elderly citizens. He spent time as a board
member for the Wishva Foundation, a charitable organization that supports
pediatric cancer research for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
Mr. Fisher is also the recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for pro
bono legal services, demonstrating his character and commitment to those in need.
