With each passing year, our law firm looks back on all that we’ve accomplished since opening our doors. This year is an especially significant one, because March 15 th signifies the 20 th anniversary of the founding of our law firm. We are thrilled at this accomplishment and feel that it is a testimony to the commitment that we offer our clients every single day.
When we first opened Scott D. Fisher & Associates in 1995, our sole location was in Los Angeles. Just six years later, we expanded to Palm Springs. Since establishing these locations, we have had the privilege of representing individuals throughout Southern California, from Beverly Hills to Palm Springs and all of Coachella Valley, and all points in between.
It has also been exciting to note the growing success that our law firm has developed. Estate planning, business and commercial law, and real estate law are all complex in their own right and we are equipped to handle even the most challenging cases. We also dedicate a significant part of our practice to the LGBT community, providing legal assistance for our estate planning needs, pre-nuptial/marital/domestic partnership agreements and dissolutions and business-related matters.
Our firm’s founding attorney, Scott D. Fisher, has 28 years of legal experience. After receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from Arizona State University, he obtained valuable experience at medium-sized law firms prior to opening his own firm. Mr. Fisher is a valued long-term member of numerous organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Human Rights Campaign and Bet Tzedek Legal Services. As a firm believer in giving back to the community, Mr. Fisher frequently participates in pro bono legal work.
